This screenshot shows a view of the actual content being output by each player in the digital signage network. These snapshot images can be retrieved on demand or using an automated task. The size of the snapshot image can be adjusted to zoom in should the operator require higher detail.

The network manager includes a network diagramming tool for documenting your digital signage network. Devices can be grouped logically into locations and each location has its own map. Diagrams can be zoomed in or out and objects in the diagram can be linked to illustrate network links.

One of the many utility functions available to the operator is the ability to connect to a device and open a remote task manager. A list of running processes, memory usage, handle counts and filename for each process is provided in a task manager window. Processes can be terminated using this window.

Devices running the network manager agent application can be polled for audit data detailing the hardware and software inventory of the device, including operating system information, memory usage, processor and bios information, storage statistics for all hard disks, display configuration, network configuration and status, software versions, and more.

This screenshot illustrates the various management functions that an operator can use to monitor a device and resolve any issues that may occur. The remote file explorer provides a real-time view of the remote device hard disk detailing file names, file sizes, dates and times and includes the ability to download and view files listed in the explorer window.
